13 foot ceilings, concrete floors, and a great open floorplan.  Terrific kitchen and bath.  Full size laundry in studio.   Private offstreet parking directly in front.  Great outdoor seating areas.  The outdoor areas on three sides of the guest house are for guest house use.  The stone patio and outdoor fireplace area on one side of the guest house comprise the owners front yard and would be for use by invite only.

King size bed in sleeping area, plus very nice full size futon in living area.

Normal rates begin at $3950 assuming a three month stay.  Shorter stays may be more.    Nightly rates beginning at $185 a night plus lodging tax and cleaning.   Rates include all utilities, high speed internet, DirecTv, parking, etc.   Monthly rentals during March and October (SXSW, ACL, F1, etc) may be more, depending on length of stay.  Month long stays may be higher than four month stays, for instance.  Please ask for more detail.
