We are currently storing our RV in the gravel parking area at the rear of the property.  It is used for storage, not for living in.     So parking is street parking.   This is a corner lot with ample parking on both sides.  In fact the street parking is closer to the house than the gravel parking area would be.  The EV charger is accessible from street parking.
